brand new. tags still attached. never been worn out. price is FIRM. the item is brand new so I’m NOT negotiating the price. please do not send me a message asking for a lower rate. color is a mustard caramel shade. super soft velvety feel. perfect for the fall/winter time. skirt has some slight stretch to it! i would say it’s pretty high rise. it covers my belly button completely and you only see the very top ball of my piercing (if that helps you to visualize where the skirt reaches)
