Velvet Shift Dress

Deep wine/burgundy velvet dress. Very comfortable, fabric is polyester so it’s soft and has stretch. Hits above the knee. Pleating detail at shoulders. Great for layering over turtlenecks and blouses, or on its own. Worn 3 or 4 times over the holidays.
