Velvet - Graham Spencer ivory cropped backless halter S

Gorgeous and sexy - size small warm white/ ivory color cropped bare back halter top. Brand tag is cut out. However some details to the top, such as the velvet strip up the ruched front center are reminiscent to that of the VELVET Graham Spencer Brand / label. I am not confirming this but think it may be. The fabric content label is not attached. However, the fabric appears to be a stretch crepe georgette that is double layered in the front, but single layer along the sides and back ties, making those areas more sheer and sexy. The halter slips over the head with no tie or fastener at neck. The fabric that forms the sides is cut longer into tails that wrap towards the back to be tied together. Once tied, the back is open and loose and drapes with elegance. In mint condition with not wear or marks at all.
