Velvet Embroidered Shorts

Super cute high-waisted shorts, velvet on the outside with cotton lining. Beautiful floral embroidery pattern: flowers and southwestern designs, in pinks, purples, reds and cream whites. Perfect festival look. Only worn once (the waist was a little too big on me 😞 ). They are size small, I'd say they probably fit about a 29 waist?
