Velvet Drop-Waist Mini Skirt - NWOT

Selling this ivory/cream-colored velvet drop-waist mini skirt from Forever 21. This has never been worn and is NWOT (New Without Tags). Size Small. Super cute! Was just a bit too small for me. It's true to size for a F21 Small....which means it runs a tad small for a general women's size small.
