Velvet Brand Empire Waist Tank Dress

Size P (empire waist is 11" across and length is 36" from shoulder to hem) - dark grey Velvet brand dress. The material hangs really beautifully and it looks good with sandals or dressier with heels and a wrap. It fits me perfectly and I'm 5'3" 107lbs (normally size 0-2). Not so lightweight as to be limited to summer.
