Velvet Ballet Leotard

Adorable and stunning! This little ballet outfit has velvet and lots of tulle, embroidery, and satin ribbon. The bottom half of the leotard is white. The cute little sequins flower has some slight fraying along the edges. Would fit between a 4-6.
