This is a beautiful velvet dress from Altar’d State! It hits right above the knees and has a beautiful neckline that is a little higher. It hits just above the collar bones. It also has beautiful ruffles at the bottom that are the perfect mixture of girly and sophisticated. This dress has only been worn twice and is in great condition.
