This dress is fun and gorgeous! Has shoulder pads and pleating on the shoulders for some added poof. The tags looks like it is a size 9/10 but it does seem to run a little large. The dress is black velv with black and gold lace overlay on the skirt a lace bow on the front side. This dress is a show stopper!
