Veil Ivory 1960s Hat Pillbox Percher Fascinator Wool Pansy Velvet Flower Wedding

Delightful pansy silk velvet flower ladylike vintage 1960s percher fascinator hat. Made from fine Italian Corona ivory wool felt molded into simple pillbox circle, circled in multicololred flattened silk flowers. Ivory open veiling falls over front. Union label. Very good vintage condition, bright colors, slight wear, slight fray. Inside band has wear and safety pin securing label. I trimmed off veiling on edge where torn so it has visible fray if worn down over face. See photos. Measures 21" inside ivory grosgrain ribbon circumference, 7" inside diameter, 3-3/4" tall.
