Vegetable Mill Metal Kitchen Grinding Tool French Table Design Vintage

This is cool. It definitely looks cool, it is French, and it is vintage, if not antique. Great cottagecor decor! I can think of lots of uses that don't involve actual grinding. Please see photos for details. It is designed to sit nicely on a bowl to catch grinds. (BOWL NOT INCLUDED)
