Vans BMX Slip-On Shoe X Dennis Enarson Shoe (Womens Sze 6.5/ Mens 5)

I originally bought them as a a Womens size 6.5 but they fit rather tight and narrow. It feels like it would fit a womens size 5.5. The insoles appear to be thick which is why it has a tight fit, possibly a thinner insole could give more room.
