lk_16 @mihaela3548 Ok so for 6.5 the widest part measures just about 3 1/8” from inside and for 7 it’s a hair wider. My normal size is 6.5. My choice would be 6.5 for myself. 7 would work too, especially with thicker socks. I hope this helps.

lk_16 @mihaela3548 3 1/8” seems narrow. What I did was to insert a piece of paper to mole the bottom of the shoe liner and then measure the width of the paper mold. It’s not a good method. Let me figure another way.
