Vanity polyester abstract design ruffle skirt

Grogeous ruffle skirt in like-new condition. Fully lined with built in slip. Waist is composed of triple elastic banding that provides very strong stay-up support (so much so that the skirt will stay wherever you put it--whether you want to wear it at your waist or your hips), and also includes belt loops so it can be paired with a belt for extra support or style. Length is approximately 17 inches.
