This is so pretty ,the fabric is embossed pattern in a shiny blue , long sleeves. The front has 2 rowns of pleats and covered button down the front, also has splits in the sides. This does not button all the way down the front. . Measured flat- Bust 23--length 53-- Sols as shown.
