elsamakotorenge @cruesbeauties they are approximately 16” across the waistband unstretched! (Can stretch about 3-4 inches more because of the elastic waist). If it helps my waist is about 36” and they go on easily without issue but are snug in a way I don’t like. Someone else might be fine with the fit but I’m picky. Hence me selling them😅 The tag says 98% cotton and 2% spandex. I added a couple pics to the listing for you! Thanks for looking:)
