Van Halen cassette tapes lot of 5

Lot of 5 Van Halen cassette tapes. They are in great condition except for one. ** PLEASE NOTE that the OU812 cassette has a broken piece - last pictures. It does still play in my cassette player. However you need to be aware that this piece is broken. I did rewind and fast forward it and it still played.
