These lovely Van Cleef & Arpels earrings are the real deal! They are referred to as Perlee since they resemble "pearls of gold". They are created of 18K white gold with Rhodium plating. The earring backs are referred to stud system, or to be more clear, a clutch system. This earring back is the best way to prevent earring loss. It is a flat, round back with two metal clutches you squeeze when you put the earring on. It releases and holds tight to the post of the earring. Another feature is there is actually a right and a left earring. The posts of the earrings are purposely bent at an angle so the earrings lay closely to your face. The earrings are a wonderful size at a full 2" across. You will receive the earrings, the original Van Cleef & Arpels inner and outer boxes, and warranty with hologram in its sleeve.
