nataliagramer15 @lmwallaeverest Hi, sorry for the delay. The battery died, so I needed some time to find the reputable place. I took the watch to a Van Cleef boutique at Bellagio, Las Vegas. The watch will be sent to New York, so authorized watch specialist will inspect the watch and change the battery. Also, the watch will come back with authenticity papers. It usually takes from 4 to 6 weeks. If you still interested, I would let you know as soon as the watch will be back from New York.

lmwallaeverest Awesome! I live walking distance to the Van Cleef flagship shop in NYC. In fact, I reside walking distance to 'everything.' LOL My reason for sharing that, may I ask to have an appointment to actually see the watch while it's visiting this bustling City? That would be even more 'awesome.' Thx again
