Van Cleef & Arpels RARE Futurama Lipstick Cases- 1957 Hand Engraved # 587 & 598 Two Vintage1950's Revlon Futurama Silver Lipstick Cases Designed by Van Cleef & Arpels. 1. One Lipstick Case has A "Futurama" Design with a Rhinestone Crown and Comes in Original Case/Box.  Revlon Logo and Serial Number "587" are Engraved on the Bottom. Box indicates piece is made of Jeweler's Bronze. 2. Second Lipstick Case has a Rhinestone Belt around the Middle, and a Hand Engraved Ivy / Plant Motif. Revlon Logo, "STERLING" and Serial Number "598" are Engraved on the Bottom. CIRCA: 1957 / 20th Century. Designer: Van Cleef & Arpels.
