Valerie Stevens Silk Maxi Skirt Set Black Size 14

This black, 100% silk maxi skirt set is absolutely stunning! It’s from the late 90’s. Top has deep V neck front and back, ruffles over shoulder straps, pleats and dainty accents around neckline, and empire waist line. Measures 20” armpit to armpit, 18” across waist line, about 24” long. Skirt has side zip closure and measures 17.5” across waist when laying flat, and about 36” long. Lined. Has ruffle on bottom of skirt and it is slightly longer on sides. In excellent condition!
