Valerie Bertinelli royal blue dress

Vibrant royal blue form-fitting dress with sheer halter neck straps that tie in the back. This dress is rutched and draped giving the wearer a flattering silhouette One small flaw/spot to right front chest part of dress that can be easily overlooked and even hidden with the fabric. I've done this in the 4th and 5th photo. The 4th photo shows the flaw, and the 5th photo its hidden within the folds of the fabric.
