GORGEOUS COUTURE from Valentino's Spring/Summer 2017 Ready To Wear collection, inspired by the color palette of Zandra Rhodes and the wonktastic art of Hieronymus Bosch! This rare garment in fuchsia/berry velvet brocade is in pristine condition---I had the privilege of wearing it 3X (to Valentine's dinners!) and it is absolutely flawless. Valentino's version of a car coat, his double-breasted front, back pleat and subtle A-line shaping result in an extremely flattering garment---especially if you are fluffy in the middle or hip---and very comfortable. The body of the coat is self-lined, also helpful when trying to avoid bulk. Inside you will find all the beautiful details you would expect from Valentino: velvet-covered seams, a garment tag pouch, and contrast berry-colored sleeve linings. There is a deep functional pocket on each side. Note the "raw edge" on the hem. EU 46 is XL for couture and best for US 10-12; it was too big for me when I was smaller. REFER TO MEASUREMENTS, PLEASE!
