annettet715 I purchased 2 of these bags. Different colors from Neumann and they come with the strap. It's not extra so I don't understand.

ttradertt I did not receive a strap when I purchased the bag so I never had one. I'm assuming you meant Neiman's, I purchased the bag from Vestiaire, not direct from a department store.
