Valentina Kova Blue-Black Silk Shift Dress L

Very dark blue (almost black) silk shift with ruffle detail from the side of the neckline, extending down the back of the sleeves. Sleeves are also ‘open’ in the back from cuff to elbow and a second opening elbow to a few inches below the armpit. Very good condition, no issues. Bought at the Palm Beach store. Size L
