Vacationing Two Piece Set, size small

I bought this from someone who said it was purchased from an online boutique, but I am not sure where. I couldn’t finds it on any tags either. But it’s very cute! Size smalll, slightly see through. The top ties in the back. There’s a small stain on the bottom on of the left pant leg. Included dimensions in photos.
