This V&X pleated plaid mini skirt is a great addition to any 90’s preppy look! The skirt is in a size medium with measurements of about 14” in the waist lying flat and about 14” in the length. The black and white fabric is made from 74% rayon, 22% nylon and 4% spandex. This skirt is in good condition.
