VTG silver tone curled feather curled leaf brooch 1960s signed Lisner

Vintage Lisner Silver tone curled feather brooch is so pretty, classic and minimalist. The silver feather or leaf as some may say, is curled, indicating movement of this stationary pin design. The brooch is in very nice condition and is signed 'Lisner' in script with the long 'L', indicating its era of 1959-1960s. A.D. Lisner & Co was established in NYC in 1904. The company made jewelry and novelties for other companies into the 1930s. Around 1940 they began producing jewelry under their Lisner name and began being recognized for their quality pieces. In the 1970s the company closed its doors. We only have a small time period of the beautiful jewelry pieces created by Lisner. Each one is wonderful in its own right, showing quality and craftsmanship in their design.This is a very pretty piece in silver tone with lots of texture!
