VTG pair enamel/painted bangles, one Monet

I matched this pair, they have almost exactly the same width, blue one is enameled out and inside on copper, gold/white Monet one is cloisonne style, both in excellent vintage 'as is' condition, measurements on photos, (only slight wear on Monet signature inside, see pic.) Blue one reminds me of the Hermes enamel cuffs...
