Vintage floral skirt. Y2K whimsigoth vibes. Very stretchy elastic waist. Cut in the bias so it fits so well. Diagonal flounce at the bottom. So flirty. No tags. I’d call it a M/L. Approximately 29” waist. Approximately 24” in length.
