VTG etched crystal ships decanter by Leonard, Romania w/ clipper/schooner

Queen’s award etched decanter stands 9.5 inches but no stopper. Still beautiful hand decorated clipper, square rigger on front and small footed base that is approximately 7 inches near base. No chips or cracks.
