VTG double breasted dress

What a vintage beauty! Still classic and adorable today! This double breasted khaki sleeveless dress comes with the original patent leather belt, but would be so cute with a different one! It’s a cotton/poly blend dress but I can’t read the tag due to fading. It feels like super soft, silky rain jacket material. (Without the “swishing” noise)
