Vintage 70’s Young Edwardian by Arpeja Velvet Keyhole Mini Dress. Tagged size 7. Bright and colorful floral patterned velvet has a lovely sheen in the sun. Adjustable keyhole detail at chest, long sleeves, body hugging fit. An absolute show stopping dress!! The keyhole can be pulled tighter or loosened to show more skin, the ties can be worn in different ways. Awesome vintage condition!!
