VTG Y2K DKNY denim mini

VTG 90s/Y2K (1999) denim mini skirt with frayed edge waistband and frayed pleated ruffle hem from DKNY Jeans. Low-mid rise, zipper and flat hook eye closure. Designed to look like it is missing the top hem with belt loops/button. In great vintage condition, no stains or holes. Similar to the trendy khaki pleated fray hem micro minis, but without the designer price tag or fast fashion waste. 14 in waist and 18 in hip laying flat. Open to offers!
