VTG Victorian Oval Enamel over silverplate frame rhinestone stud gold trim Crown

Ornate Picture frame swirled enamel over silverplated frame. Black velvet back and stand. Metal frame holders x 4 held by metal screws, quality. Gold trim around picture glass highlighted with 4 rhinestone centered gold metal flowers, Top crown in filigree. Enamel looks a bit burgundy towards brown. Tiniest scratch, see last picture, Doesn't show unless you look very close. Nice metal and weight is 7 oz.
