VTG Victorian Blonde Maiden Figurine Pink Floucy Gown

A wonderful Victorian Blonde Maiden Figurine that is 64 years old! Yes she is 64 YEARS OLD wearing a pretty pink floucy gown. She would be a great addition to any collection. She is signed on the bottom but I can’t totally make out what it says besides 1960. There are a few rough spots on the front of her dress, please see the last pic. I’m just down sizing all my breakables!
