VTG Tommy Hilfiger Cutoff Shorts Size 32 or 33

Possibly men's jeans cut off to make women's shorts. The tag is too worn to see the vintage size, but the waist measures 17" flat which would be 34". These shorts are high waisted, so I would say these would best fit a 32" or a 33" waist(please compare the measurements to your own body measurements). Waist, 17" Rise, 11 1/2" Inseam, 2 " There are some small brown stains on the shorts. I believe these are from the leather label on the waist of the shorts. These are light and not too noticeable.
