VTG The Look by Randolph Duke Yellow Button Up

NWOT vintage mustard colored dress blouse/jacket. Super cool! Shoulder pads. Black buttons. Cuffs at wrist. Pockets at hips are still seen shut. It does not say what kind of fabric not my guess would be a polyester. Says size 10 on inside tag. See measurements.
