VTG Sterling Coral & Turquoise Navajo Leaf Ring 6.5

• This is a beautiful high-quality sterling silver ring with turquoise and coral stones. • Turquoise is a dominant material in Southwestern Native American jewelry and has been used for centuries. Coral, while less common than turquoise, is also used in Native American jewelry. • The leaf design is a common motif, and the overall structure suggests handcraftsmanship. The ring has small silver balls added around the stones, which is a traditional element in Navajo jewelry. • The ring's style aligns with "Old Pawn" jewelry, pieces that were often pawned for financial support during difficult times. These items were often handmade and showcase unique artistry with irregularities and imperfections. • There is a stamp on the inner band, but it is not legible (at least not by me). I have tested the metal myself with an at home acid kit, and it tests as fine high quality sterling. It has a lightweight feel, so I don’t believe it’s solid silver. • Size 6.5 = approx. 16.9mm. • This ring is in great vintage preloved condition with some signs of wear and age.
