Rare vintage signed and hand-painted Jamar Mallory 1953 Ceramic Studio "Welcome" plaque in a Pennsylvania Dutch German Folk-Art Style. Signed "Joyce." Measures 10.50"W x 7.25" L Please note that this is a vintage item, is hand-painted and bears some minor flaws.
