Vintage 1950s Scandia Sketcher by FAO Schwarz. Slanted Wood Easel with Folk Art Design as a Table Top Sketcher Desk with continuous paper roll. Hand-painted Folk Art of Scandinavian people dancing and playing instruments. Solid wood. The finish is worn but good. There are some small dings and paint loss. I added new tacks to secure the bar across the bottom allowing for paper to pass through freely. I also put 4 new protector feet on the base. The paper roll underneath is solid and works well with a little paper still on it! Sweet drawing desk for a child’s playroom. Measures 18”Wide x 16” Tall Sliding inches of side 3.5” to 1”.
