Excellent pre-owned condition; no notable flaws. I think it's 90's but could be older. Features a layered collar with brown overlay, puff sleeves with center pleat, cuff sleeves, shoulder pads, and four front buttons. Seems like it's pretty versatile! Could wear open, closed, or use spare button to add closure on the top. It is quite thin, like a blouse, definitely not jacket material.
