VTG STG Happy Anniversary Bells Pearl Charm

A lovely, round, sterling silver charm, or pendant, with shiny letters that read "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY" against a brushed front (back is also brushed). Two hanging bells tied by a bow w/a pretty (faux?) pearl between them serve as the centerpiece of this cutout 3D charm. This is an R.L. Griffith charm and is therefore at least 39 years old as they closed in 1982. Measurements/size shown in photos 4-6, hallmark & sterling stamp, photo 3.
