VTG Rose Medallion Pendant

I wore this sweet pendant on a brown suede choker, which I’m including. Looks great with western wear and bohemian. I don’t know what the coral red accent beads are. My guess is that they are made of wood. A lovely scalloped detailing, with eyelet like holes around that circumference. No stamps on the backside. If you like cameo and Victorian pieces, this lovely pendant might be just for you. The diameter is a little over 1.5”
