Gorgeous bright blue dress w/matching belt, belt has a stain by holes and dress has a couple sm spots throughout & needs to be dry cleaned. Dress has pockets in front, shoulder pads, an overlay at bottom w amazing detailing of line work throughout dress. Has thread belt loops attached and skirt part is fully lined. Has a zipper and clasp behind bottom and buttons up back w sm snap button at top behind neck, slit at bottom. Would best fit a S/M 4/6.😍 bright blue and hard to capture color!😍
