Reposhing, bought forever ago but too small. No zippers or buttons, pull over head. Has an elastic waist, shoulder pads and hanging strings attached. Slit in back. Front part of skirt is a faux wrap, gathering/ruching in mid area around waist, deep V neck that crisscrosses, boho flutter split short sleeves. Absolutely stunning.
