VTG Rhodium Plated Eisenberg / Weiss?? Flower Basket Bouquet Ribbon Pattern

This is BIG! It looks very much like a Eisenberg or Weiss VERY Vintage Brooch!!!! The stones have a very slight yellow hue from age. I would say no dead stones. The large stones are prong set and foil backed. There's one very tiny chip on the upper part of the ribbon which should be visible in the pictures otherwise awesome vintage condition. Measures 3" across and 3 1/2" high. I use clean recycled packing when ever possible.
