VTG Red &White Polka Dot Fishtail Halter Dress!❤

This VTG City Triangles dress is so adorable! Red and white polka dots and has this cute Fishtail in back and has a faux wrap in front. Halter top tie in back of neck w a white long string tie in back. 100% polyester so it does stretch! Tag says M but fits more like a S. Size 4. I'm 5'8 Size 4/6 S/M for reference. No visible flaws and looks like it's in amazing condition. So adorable! Would look so cute w go go boots or platforms!😁❤
