VTG Red Knit Poncho | Novelty Horse Harness Racing | OS Fits Small to Large

Vintage poncho tabard or cape. Circa 1990s. Unbranded with no manufacturing information. Consists of two long strips of red knit sewn together at the back and armpits with a double braid tie closing to hold it shut. Very dark navy (almost black) and white novelty border print of horse racing - sulky, horse and driver - along the edges. Red fringe on hems. Blue and white edging. No content or care tags. It's probably a synthetic blend of some kind and hand washable. Excellent vintage condition. No rips, holes, snags or stains. Smoke free home. One Size Fits Most, but not plus size. Photographed on a size 6-8 mannequin. Approx. measurements for one side flat: 22.5" pit to pit. 28" across the shoulders. 36" long to end of fringe.
