This is a vintage Rona New York Dress. Vintage size 10. Green, Orange, and purple floral print. Maxi dress with optional peekaboo cut out hole along the bust. Flap can be flipped up or down depending on how you want to wear it (5th and 6th pictures show the inside along the bust with the flap in the cut out area.).
